Our water-based, self-drying coating, crafted especially for electronic products, embodies an eco-friendly and efficient approach. By utilizing water as a solvent, it reduces VOCs emissions while ensuring rapid air drying within 10-30 minutes. No additional energy or machinery is required, offering cost-saving advantages.
●Primer Coating:
Our primer sets a robust foundation, ensuring high adhesion for electronic products, be it plastic or metal.
Beyond bolstering the coating's adhesiveness, it provides excellent resistance against various chemical
agents, guarding electronics from chemical corrosion.
● Colored Coating:
Our colored paint not only maintains the original aesthetic appeal of electronic products but also elevates t
heir technological and premium feel. Furthermore, this coating provides protection against UV rays,
ensuring the product retains its vibrant color and luster even under prolonged sunlight. Its flexible coating
performance remains optimal across various temperatures.
●Clear Coating:
The transparent layer protects electronic items from corrosive agents. By amplifying the product's wear
resistance, scratch resistance, and electrical insulation, it ensures the prolonged durability and safety of
electronics.

Adhesion |
The sample is placed flat and scored both horizontally and vertically using a 100-grid knife. After cleaning the scored section, 3M#610 tape is applied over the grid. The tape is then pulled off at a 45° angle three times, resulting in a 5B adhesion rating. |
