Primer Coating

In our flagship product series, we offer a diverse range of primer choices, including classic shades: black, gray, and white. Additionally, unique formulations can be made according to individual customer specifications.

Furthermore, our base coats are distinguished by their exceptional qualities. They possess excellent flow properties and offer effortless color application. Their robust adhesion ensures optimal performance through multiple coatings, guaranteeing outstanding recoatability.

Colored Coating

● High-gloss Silver Series:

Expertly crafted for finishes like electroplated silver and floating silver, this series is characterized by its excellent luster, superior workability, good adhesion, and the ability to be recoated multiple times. It's an essential product for premium wheel hubs.

● Standard Silver Series:

This range primarily includes C-shade and sparkling silver (available in coarse, medium, and fine). Features of this series encompass strong coverage, commendable adhesion, good workability, and economical consumption.

● Other Color Paint Series:

This lineup boasts mainstream market colors like gunmetal gray, golden yellow, antique bronze, glossy black, and Ferrari red. Moreover, we offer custom-tailored paint formulations based on client samples.

● Clear Coating:

In our clear coat range, we feature products such as the Universal Clear Coating, Automotive High-Gloss Clear Coating, High Film Build Clear Coating, and our unique Chameleon Clear Coat. These coatings are lauded for their smooth application, luminous shine, outstanding physicochemical stability, and excellent recoatability. Additionally, we can adjust the gloss intensity to match individual client preferences, making them the premier transparent finish choice for wheel rims.

Packaging Conditions Packaging can proceed once the material has cooled down.
Physical Testing Conditions Standard testing conditions: 150℃ for 20 minutes. Once the material and coating have cooled down after being left at room temperature for 1-2 hours, physical property tests can be conducted.
Simulated environment test conditions: 150°C for 20 minutes, followed by letting it stand at room temperature for 24 hours before proceeding with the simulated environment test.
Suitable Substrates Aluminum wheel rims/ Various powder primers.

1   Adhesion The sample is placed flat and scored both horizontally and vertically using a 100-grid knife. After cleaning the scored section, 3M#610 tape is applied over the grid. The tape is then pulled off at a 45° angle three times, resulting in a 5B adhesion rating. 5B
2   Hardness Lay the test panel flat. Using the Mitsubishi Pencil Hardness Tester at a 500g load, the coating should exhibit a scratch-free surface with a hardness rating between H-2H. No scratches

9   QUV Resistance The clear coat undergoes a QUV test for 250 hours and other topcoats for more than 200 hours, with no fading. The gloss reduction is below 25%, excluding dyed paints. Non-fading

10 Water Resistance Immersed in pure water at 40±2℃ for 240 hours. After a 1-hour standing period post-immersion, the coating remains free from significant softening, discoloration, bubbling, or reduced adhesion. Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion.
11 Corrosion Resistance Tested at 35℃ with 95% humidity using a 5% NaCl solution spray, the product showed no rust or discoloration on its surface after 720 hours in the salt spray environment. Single-sided corrosion <2mm

12 Acid Resistance Upon immersion in 10% H2SO4 at 20±2℃ for 24 hours, the coating remains unaffected, with no noticeable softening, discoloration, bubbling, or decreased adhesion. Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion.
13 Alkali Resistance Upon immersion in 10% NaOH at 20±2℃ for 24 hours, the coating remains unaffected, with no noticeable softening, discoloration, bubbling, or decreased adhesion. Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion.
14 Humidity Resistance Test For the clear coat, after testing at 65℃ and 90% humidity for 24 hours, all properties remain unchanged. Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion.
15 Thermal Cycling Resistance The test cycles through temperatures of -40℃ for 1.5 hours, then 25℃ for 0.5 hours, followed by 65℃ at 90% RH for 1.5 hours, and this sequence is repeated for a total of 20 cycles. Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion.
16 Oil Resistance The coated film was immersed in automotive engine lubricating oil at 0±2℃ for 1 hour. After a 1-hour cleaning, there were no notable signs of softening, discoloration, bubbling, or reduced adhesion. Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion.
17 Gasoline Resistance Submerged in 90# gasoline at 20±2℃ for 1 hour. After rinsing for another hour, the coated film exhibits no noticeable softening, discoloration, bubbling, or reduced adhesion. Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion.
18 Sandblast Test The stone chip resistance test was performed using the GM4348M machine. When the resistance rating is compared against images from Figure 1 through Figure 7, the expectation is a rating greater than 3. >3
