Physical Properties Test: Epoxy floor coating

Test Items		Test Conditions	Test Results
1	Adhesion	The sample is placed flat and scored both horizontally and vertically using a 100-grid knife. After cleaning the scored section, 3M#610 tape is applied over the grid. The tape is then pulled off at a 45° angle three times, resulting in a 5B adhesion rating.	5B
2	Hardness	Pencil Used: Mitsubishi H-grade pencil. Preparation: The pencil is sharpened flat on sandpaper to ensure sharp lead edges. Load Applied: 500g. Procedure: The pencil is moved linearly at a 45-degree angle from F to H. Expected Outcome: No scratches	No scratches
3	Acid Resistance	Upon immersion in 10% H2SO4 at 20±2℃ for 24 hours, the coating remains unaffected, with no noticeable softening, discoloration, bubbling, or decreased adhesion.	Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion
4	Alkali Resistance	Upon immersion in 10% NaOH at 20±2℃ for 24 hours, the coating remains unaffected, with no noticeable softening, discoloration, bubbling, or decreased adhesion.	Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion
5	Water Resistance	Immersed in pure water at 40±2℃ for 240 hours. After a 1-hour standing period post-immersion, the coating remains free from significant softening, discoloration, bubbling, or reduced adhesion.	Appearance unchanged; 5B adhesion
6	Solvent Resistance Test:	Load Applied: 500g. Procedure: Using a cloth saturated with xylene, rub the coating film back and forth at a 3cm distance, performing 30 cycles per minute. Test Duration: > 300 cycles.	Appearance unchanged
