●Primer Coating:

Our waterborne polyurethane primer provides a robust foundation for the machine tool 

equipment, ensuring a tight bond between the coating and the surface, and enhancing the 

durability and wear resistance of the final coat. Its quick-drying properties and excellent 

waterproofing and moisture resistance ensure outstanding protection under various 

environmental conditions.


Colored Coating:

provide excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance, protecting your machine tool

Packaging Conditions

After stabilizing at 60°C for 2 hours, allow 3-5 hours for complete cooling before packaging.

Physical Testing Conditions

 

1.     Standard testing conditions: 60°C (8-10 hrs) or 80°C (3-4 hrs), stabilize for 4-6 hrs, then proceed with physical tests.

 

2.     Simulated environment test conditions: 60°C (8-10 hrs) or 80°C (3-4 hrs), stabilize for 48 hrs, then begin environment simulation tests.
